Production of Saffron-based Products
Saffron is produced in different packages and weights from the smallest package for domestic use to half a kilo packages for industrial and commercial uses. In addition, the processed saffron is produced for domestic and industrial use. Variety in the production of dried fruits and nuts, rock candy production in individual use packages and kilograms packages and in accordance with the customer’s order, production of all kinds of spices in beautiful and easy-to-use packages, all of which are produced with the best and highest quality with accurate weight measurement systems and by trained and experienced workers.
Quality Control Unit (Laboratory)
Bahraman Saffron Company is one of the greatest producers of saffron in the country and one of the great shareholders of the domestic and foreign markets in the production of saffron. Bahraman Saffron Company has achieved this industrial and commercial success only under the grace of the Almighty, through the efforts of experienced managers and personnel and the support of its esteemed customers. To engage in activities at such a level requires a system with careful monitoring of the work process, one of the most important pillars of which is the floating quality control system, which evaluates and tests all manufactured products from the time of arrival of raw materials into the factory to the time of entering the consumer market. This has led us to place our products in the basket of esteemed consumers with full confidence and quality guarantee.
Bahraman Saffron Company’s Export Section
In this factory, processing, packaging, and export of different types of saffron are done according to national and international standards. Our goal here is to have the largest contribution to the world markets and find supremacy over foreign competitors in the field of international saffron sales. Our international export sector is active in the following areas and we have wider horizons in our work plan for the coming years. In addition to national standards and approvals, Bahraman Saffron Company has achieved international approvals. In 1998, 1999, Bahraman Saffron Company received the standard seal and standard emblem from the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran, respectively. In 2000, Bahraman Saffron Company succeeded to obtain international HACCP and ISO 9002 certificates. In 2007 and 2020, Bahraman Saffron Company obtained ISO 22000 and ISO 17025 certificates, respectively.
